We aim to make therapy as accessible and flexible as possible. Below are our standard session rates:
- Individual Therapy (50 minutes): £70
- EMDR Therapy (50–60 minutes): £75
- Student / Low-Income Concession: £55 (limited slots available)

We offer appointments during the following hours:
Monday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or card in advance of each session. We will send you details when you book.
Cancellation Policy
Therapists are self employed professionals, paid per session. Thus for a cancellation without adequate notice to fill the appointment with another client, they may lose a sizeable portion of their income that day. Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice for cancelling appointments. If appointments are not cancelled in this timeline then the full amount is charged.
